Mediation
Highly Effective Resolutions – No Court Involvement Required
Mediation stands out as a highly effective avenue for resolving disputes, offering a multitude of advantages over traditional court proceedings. At Eckert Ginty & Legg, we specialize in guiding individuals and businesses through this transformative process, facilitating the creation of tailored solutions to even the most entrenched disagreements. Ashley Eckert, Brooke Ginty, and Wesley Legg are all trained mediators, with the experience to guide parties to a cooperative result without the need for Court involvement. Contact us today to discover how mediation can allow you to both control results and save legal fees.
Benefits of Mediation
One of the chief benefits of mediation is the autonomy it grants to the parties involved. They have the flexibility to set their own pace and work towards a resolution prior to the initiation of formal litigation proceedings. Furthermore, mediation safeguards confidentiality, shielding sensitive personal and business information from public scrutiny. This aspect not only fosters a sense of privacy but also promotes trust and openness throughout the process.
Preserve and Restore Important Relationships
Mediation offers a constructive pathway to resolution, characterized by flexibility, confidentiality, and the preservation of relationships. At Eckert, Ginty, & Legg, we are committed to empowering our clients through this empowering process, facilitating meaningful dialogue and sustainable outcomes.
Private Mediation for Divorce, Custody, and Support
At Eckert Ginty & Legg, LLC, we understand that family law matters—such as divorce, child custody, and support—can be emotionally challenging and costly. That’s why our experienced attorneys, Wesley W. Legg, Esq., Brooke R. Ginty, Esq., and Ashley M. Eckert, Esq., emphasize a mediation-first approach, helping families resolve disputes collaboratively and efficiently outside of court. All three partners are certified mediators – completing a 40 hour intensive course on family law mediation.
What is Private Mediation?
Private mediation is a confidential, structured process where a neutral legal professional facilitates discussion between parties to reach mutually agreeable solutions. Unlike litigation, mediation allows families to:
-
Maintain privacy and confidentiality
-
Reduce stress and conflict
-
Save time and legal costs
-
Craft customized, child-centered agreements
- A result of a Property Settlement Agreement, Custody Order, and Support Orders that the parties themselves helped create and understand.
Why Choose Private Mediation?
-
Control: You make decisions rather than leaving them to a judge.
-
Flexibility: Agreements can be tailored to your family’s specific needs.
-
Efficiency: Mediated agreements are often faster than court proceedings.
-
Support: Wesley, Brooke, and Ashley guide both parties through complex legal and emotional issues.
